Matchday Quiet Companion is an independent, unofficial Chrome extension for fixtures, scores, league-table information and La Liga news. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by LaLiga or any football club.
Data we do not collect
We do not collect account details, names, email addresses, browsing history, web-page content, location, payment information, or personal analytics. The extension does not read the pages you visit.
Local storage
Chrome storage holds your chosen language, followed club, theme choice and cached match data. These remain on your device and are not transmitted by the extension.
Network requests
The extension requests public match, standings and news data from ESPN endpoints. Requests do not include user-entered data. As with normal web requests, that provider may receive technical information such as IP address and user agent under its own policies.
Permissions
- Storage stores preferences and a local cache.
- Alarms refreshes match data.
- Side panel displays the extension.
- Notifications shows optional kick-off and score-change alerts for the selected club.
